Soapbox DerbyThe Ancaster Heritage Days Committee is excited to announce that they will be hosting the 3rd Annual Ancaster Soapbox Derby.  

The Derby will take place on Saturday June 12, directly after the annual parade.  Participants will race their soapboxes down the hill on Wilson Street East between Halson and Church Streets. Therefore, make sure to wander down to the Ancaster Square for the best seats.  

In addition to the kids division, open to Ancaster kids between the ages of 8 and 13, there will also be an adult division for those 18 years and over.  

Prizes will be awarded for the fastest soapbox as well as the people’s choice award. All soapboxes will be on display at Kidsworld after the race.
Rules and Regulations, as well as the Registration and waiver forms will be posted shortly. Please check back for details.
